General Terms
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Tetiana Volodymyrivna Dobzhanska (RNOKPP 3329116468), who owns the EQPlus store (hereinafter — "Store", "we", "us"), and users (hereinafter — "you", "user") when using the website eqplus.com.ua and mobile application. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the website or by email. Continued use of the service means your agreement to the updated Terms.
Registration and Account
To make purchases and access additional features, you may create an account. Upon registration, you undertake to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all actions taken under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We have the right to delete an account or deny access without warning in case of violation of these Terms, misuse, or other illegal actions. All information in the account remains the property of the user but grants the Store a license to use it for providing services.
Order Placement
Orders can be placed through the website or mobile application by completing the necessary checkout steps. Each order is an offer to purchase goods on the stated terms. The Store reserves the right to accept or reject any order without explanation. Product prices may change without notice, however the price fixed at the time of order placement remains valid for that order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact information. The Store is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the user. All orders are processed during working days. Order cancellation is possible before shipment from the store.
Payment and Delivery
We accept various payment methods, including online payments through payment systems, transfers to account, and cash payments upon receipt. Payment must be made before goods are shipped (except for payment deferral agreements). All payment transactions are protected by modern encryption methods. The Store is not responsible for errors made by the user when entering payment information. Delivery is made by the method selected by the user (courier, mail, self-pickup). Delivery times are indicated during checkout and are approximate. The Store works with verified logistics partners but does not guarantee compliance with delivery times in case of force majeure or carrier delays.
Product Returns
Users have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt if the product is unopened, unused, and shows no signs of use. Some product categories (underwear, perfumery, cosmetics) are not subject to return for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, contact us through the form on the website or by email. The user bears the cost of return shipping if the return is initiated without fault of the Store. In case of defects or receiving incorrect goods, the Store will organize a free return and reimburse the full cost of the product. Compensation for returned purchases will be made after product inspection within 7-10 working days. Refunds are made to the card or account from which the payment was made.
