Returns & Exchanges

1. Return conditions

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt if:

• The product has not been used
• Original appearance and packaging are preserved
• You have a receipt or other proof of purchase

2. How to return

To process a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Send the product via Nova Poshta to our address
4. After receiving and inspecting the product we will refund your payment

3. Refunds

Funds are returned within 5-10 business days to the card used for payment. Delivery costs are not refunded.

4. Product exchange

If a product did not suit you, you can exchange it for a similar or different product from our catalog. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

5. Non-returnable items

• Veterinary medicines
• Hygiene and care products (opened)
• Custom-order items
• Perishable pet products
